With a light amber color and aromas of banana, spices and marshmallow. On the palate slight hint of caramel and spicy and spicy rye notes. It is made with 70% of rye 18% of corn and 12% of malted barley.Gradation 45%

Kilbeggan is a blended Irish whiskey produced in the Cooley distillery in County Louth. Named after the homonymous distillery dating back to 1757, this is an elegant, sweet and malty blend. Gradation 40%

Aged exclusively in American ex-bourbon oak barrels, this expression sings with rich notes of caramel and vanilla. Enveloping aromas on the nose, starting with mineral and maritime aromas, then becoming sweeter and more rounded. The warm vanilla note is soon accompanied by a salinity and spiciness unique to this release, then leaving room for a spicy and pungent finish. Gradation 57.5%

RUM / RON Opthimus 21y is a rum from the full body, which has acquired the best property thanks to the long aging process. A rum, which is considered in some tasting sessions “rum is the best in the world”. Alcohol content 38%

This gin is infused soaking or steam with botanical sourced locally, i.e. in the region of the Cotswolds in the south-west of England. Gradation 46%
