Our Classic Irish Malt comes from the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk and displays all the typical flavours you would expect from an Irishman.Gradation 44.2%

Hatozaki pure malt Whiskey is produced from the assembly of malts aged in three different barrels: ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and in barriques produced with the precious Mizunara wood (typical Japanese oak). Aging in Mizunara gives the distillate notes of sandalwood and incense. The nose is rich with notes of dried fruit, sweet cereals, honey, incense and sandalwood. Alcohol: 46%

To celebrate Elephant Gin's 10th year, its founders Robin and Tessa Gerlach took inspiration from their adventures in Africa. Handcrafted in Germany, with copper stills in small batches of around 600 bottles, it is distilled using rare African ingredients together with fresh apples which give a characteristic profile to the flavor of the gin.
