Pear distillate obtained by fermentation of Williams Christ pears and the subsequent distillation of the puree with a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills. A careful selection of the fruit and careful control of ripeness precede the actual processing. Gradation 40%

Psenner distills his own gin in a traditional plant with small stills: the spices (nutmeg, lavender, aniseed, gentian roots, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves, etc.) are placed in a the basket and the alcoholic vapors, rising, extract the aromas, while the macerate of juniper, coriander seeds, cranberries and rowan is placed in the boiler. To distill all these plants, pure wheat alcohol is used. The heart note of this Distilled Dry Gin is only lightly filtered and gives it an alcohol content of 43%.
