Bottega Cinzano 1757 GI Rosso, with its typically sweet, aromatic, rich and balanced taste, enriched by a selection of botanical plants including Artemisia (wormwood), is produced according to the ancient Piedmontese tradition.
A warm flavor of dried fig that reveals hints of spices (cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon) and woods (roots and bark such as licorice), softened by vanilla and absinthe, with a long bittersweet finish, characteristic of Piedmontese absinthe, and hints of amber resin.
Color: reddish brown with amber reflections.
Nose: complex notes of spices, wood and roots that open to vanilla, dried fruit and floral absinthe.
Taste: dried figs, spices and rounded woods with hints of vanilla. Long bittersweet finish with amber resin.
