VERMOUTH PRINCIPI COSTANZA CL.75

AN ITALIAN STORY. Vermouth Principi is a fascinating journey through the history and diversity of Italy, a country rich in cultures, traditions and unique flavours. It all starts with the idea of offering a tasting experience that allows anyone to explore the many facets of the Italian regions. Italy is a diverse country, with a rich and diverse culinary culture, which goes far beyond the famous vermouth of Piedmont. Perfumes and spices from each region modeled in an exceptional wine, we offer a taste of the best-known regions but also the least explored ones.

The Princes are figures who made the history of Italy long before the unification of the country. The first two references to have been launched are Costanza, from Sicily, and Federico, from Marche. The packaging of Vermouth Principi is designed down to the smallest detail to highlight both the historical figures and the ingredients that contribute to creating this extraordinary experience.

Description

Criticized for marrying late, Constanza lost her throne due to court intrigue and was even captured and held prisoner in her first campaign to regain the crown. She eventually returned to her beloved Sicily, she moved the capital of the Holy Roman Empire there and laid the foundations for the first multicultural city in the world.

Costanza is a floral vermouth, the rosé wine from Sicily is the basis for building a complex bouquet of perfumes.

Appearance: Costanza's color is a unique pink with intense orange notes, obtained without the addition of any artificial elements, neither caramel nor burnt sugar.

Aroma: thanks to its unique ingredients, Costanza offers unparalleled olfactory complexity.

Taste: the main botanical components are citrus flowers and damask roses, which give life to a fresh and slightly sweet vermouth; the sugar content is reduced to 120g per liter to maintain freshness and acidity. We recommend drinking Costanza with a little soda or a citrus tonic water.

BELOW IS AN IDEA FOR A COCKTAIL
