This tequila is incredibly smooth, with a high alcoholic degree and with a strong flavor of the agave. It is aged for 10 months in French barrels, where it acquires notes of vanilla and caramel. N. The agaves for this tequila are 100% Blue Weber. The unique flavor is the result of a painstakingly slow process, our agave piñas are roasted in a process that includes traditional brick ovens. Crystalline in color with hints of citrus and sweet agave. Fruity with notes of vanilla and grapefruit. Alcohol content 40%

Its full, fruity, fresh aroma, dominated by a subtle note of chilli pepper, reflects the agave Tequilana Weber Azul and also contains slight hints of green apple and young pineapple. The nuances of pepper give the Sierra Tequila Silver that little bit extra, making it a spirited tequila.Gradation 38%

Aged in French oak barrels, it incredibly enhances the round notes of the agave which comes entirely from the Los Altos region. From fruity notes such as blackcurrant, apple, pineapple and well ripe peaches with notes of dried fruit. Floral notes and honey on the finish. Gradation 40%

RUM / RON Plantation Panama 2008 is a molasses rum from the Alcoholes Del Istmo distillery. The rums that make up this blend come from a selection of 19 barrels. The fermentation of 2-3 days was preceded by a distillation in the column, followed by 12 years of refinement in a tropical climate, in bourbon barrels. The rum was then further matured in France, in barrels that had contained Ferrand cognac. No dosage has been done on this 13-year-old rum, which means it has no added sugars. Gradation 45.7%
