This tequila contains intense sweet notes of the agave, seguitw a full-bodied and spicy flavor of white pepper. It is a delicate product, which leaves on the palate a follow tastes spicy. N. The Dona Celia Catrina Tequila line is made from 100% agave. They are bottled in Catrina porcelain figures, in Tequila Town, Jalisco, Mexico. These Catrina (skeleton) figures are typical of Mexico and are associated with "Dia de los muertos" (Day of the Death), Halloween and All Saints Day. The Dona Celia Tequila Reposado 100% de Agave matures for 6 months in first-class oak barrels. Distilled in Hokkaido, the most northerly of the four main islands of the archipelago of the Rising Sun, it is produced according to a secret recipe that involves the use of numerous oriental botanical herbs such as berries, peppers, teas and fresh citrus fruits from the Japanese islands. But the real element characterizing this distillate is the presence of yuzu, citrus born in China, but then intensively cultivated in Japan, which with its intense aroma makes it a particularly floral gin.Gradation 43%

Our Gently Rested Gin is wonderfully smooth, rounded and well-balanced, with peppery and spicy notes from the dominant botanicals – juniper and coriander – adding to its full-flavoured individuality. Gradation: 41,3%

A Blended Whiskey of different single malt whiskeys all from Akashi. Of rare elegance that recalls ancient oriental traditions. Tokinoka in Japanese literally means "the scent of time". Amber in colour, with fruity aromas, light and buttery with notes of dried fruit. Alcohol content 40%

Gin is characterized not only by its strong minerality but also by the herbaceous and floral aromatic notes given by the botanicals collected in the valley behind the distillery which are infused and then distilled in small discontinuous stills, from which the "alpine" character of our production emerges.
