LIQUORE ITALICUS ROSOLIO DI BERGAMOTTO CL.70
From an idea of the famous Bartender Giuseppe Gallo, this liqueur is born, suitable for an aperitif both mixed and smooth with ice, this Bergamot Rosolio is deliciously fresh both on the nose and on the palate, with floral and slightly bitter and slightly spicy citrus scents. These characteristics and its complexity make it suitable for really interesting mixes.

Description
Based on an original recipe from 1850 well known in Italy at that time as a "court aperitif"
Produced with authentic Italian Bergamot and selected original Italian botanicals.
Italicus is slightly citrusy on the nose with hints of rose and lavender, on the palate the fresh tones of ripe citrus are balanced by a light bitter and floral spice before giving way to a complex and long-lasting finish.
Thanks to its strongly citrusy aromatic structure, with spicy and herbaceous notes reminiscent of the pungent tones of gentian and the fragrant tones of chamomile, Italicus is perfect for use in fresh and light long drinks.
