Description
AMARO FORMIDABILE has a peculiarity that makes it unique: even with strong ties to traditional recipes, it comes with an absolutely exclusive formulation and an original style. AMARO FORMIDABILE is not similar to any other bitter product on the market, produced by cold maceration in grain alcohol of different botanists without the use of additives, colorings, caramel or any type of synthetic or natural flavor. Our production cycle, characterized by almost all manual operations, is assisted by meticulous control procedures that, together with the direct knowledge of the various parties involved in the procurement of raw materials, guarantee our strict responsibility and attention to the quality of the product.
The unique aromatic complex of AMARO FORMIDABILE arises from the encounter of herbs, flowers, bark, roots and fruit peel: China Red, Chinese Rhubarb, Wormwood, Gentian, Bitter Orange, Star Anise and Moscato Rose are just some of them.
The color is amber and the choice of the ultra clear glass bottle gives the view a precious transparency. The aroma appears immediately three-dimensional, not attributable to a single sensation: hesitant, slightly smoky, singular coconut and cocoa beans toasted criollo. The consistency is silky, immediately enveloping, warm, almost chewable. In the mouth it is incredibly polyphonic: the sensations evolve almost simultaneously while keeping the characteristics of each one separate. The gustatory note of the head is aromatic of the peels of the three types of citrus and slightly anisated; in concert comes a spicy heart of carnation and coriander, herbaceous artemisia and hot musk rose; the bottom is toasted, woody, oriental, evocative of super concentrated botanists.
Curious the sensation of recognizing absolutely absent elements such as licorice, bitter almond or coffee bean covered with dark chocolate. The final is very long and deep: now the incense and bitter notes are printed unforgettable in a persistent memory of rhubarb candy.
It should be served cold, strictly without ice, in small liqueur glasses.
The highly digestive virtues of all the natural botanicals used in its preparation make it the ideal companion of the end of the meal. In combination, it prefers aromatic competitors such as large bitter chocolate cru with candied orange peel or, in pastry, amaretti in the soft variety of Sassello. The particular complexity gives AMARO FORMIDABILE the character of an excellent meditation liqueur but also a perfect ingredient for the customization of recipes in high-level classic mixing.
