This excellent amaro is obtained from a decoction, over a wood fire, of medicinal herbs, roots and barks, among which the intense aroma of rhubarb stands out. Sweetened with honey from the Sibillini Mountains, it is also distinguished by its characteristic opalescence that comes from honey.

How to enjoy it
Great niche amaro, it can be enjoyed neat, iced or extended with water or sparkling wine. It goes perfectly with cola and can become an excellent heated grog garnished with orange peel or with a stick of cinnamon or cloves.
Color: Tobacco with brick shades, veiled, visually challenging.
Nose: Aroma of almost cooked ripe fruit and sultanas, hints of gentian, rhubarb, sandalwood, honey are perceived.
Taste: Dry, bitter, warm. The tannic presence is incisive, leaving the palate dry and contrasted by intense salivation in the lateral points of the mouth. The hard sensations, given by acids and tannins, are strong.
Intensity: The bitter and spicy values also involve in the persistent phase.
Persistence: Intense aroma of spices, rhubarb, sandalwood. The tonic persistence is also intense.
