This story has its roots in the province of Modena, Italy, where Alain Leporati, a passionate collector of old-time Harley Davidsons, found himself catapulted into an unexpected adventure. It all began with a simple taste of an artisanal liqueur offered to him by a friend. The unique flavor struck him immediately, arousing in him the desire to discover the soul behind that creation.
After careful research, Alain discovered the identity of the brilliant creator: Guerino Ferrari, an elderly gentleman from his own city. Aware of Guerino's hearing and linguistic difficulties, who spoke only in the strict Emilian dialect, Alain decided to meet him in person to pay homage to his abilities and his passion.
That meeting soon turned into a lively and familiar conversation, as if the two had known each other forever. Before saying goodbye, Guerino wanted to share with Alain the story of a family and a recipe handed down from generation to generation. With a firm hand and beautiful childhood handwriting, he transcribed the formula of the liqueur on an old piece of paper.
Alain, enthusiastic and grateful, decided to put that precious recipe into practice. After six months of patient waiting, when it was time to bottle the liqueur, Alain had an unusual but brilliant idea: to use old cans of mineral motor oil, washed and sterilised, thus transforming them into unique and surprising containers, for pure use. homely convivial.
What began as a moment of sharing between motorcyclist friends turned into a small business. Thanks to the great appreciation also from the female world, despite the high alcohol content, the idea of a limited production was born, kept in glass bottles that recall the original cans.
Each sip reveals layers of complex and enveloping flavors, reflecting the unique character of this artisanal creation that combines innovation, tradition and passion.
