Description

The water used for distillation is the purest of the Andes, obtained from wells at about 50-60 m depth, and the distillate, the final is not addizzionato nothing if not a small amount of caramel.

The color is dark amber with golden reflections and bright. The nose is complex with aromas of resin, vanilla and aromas of pastries, evolving towards candied orange and cocoa accompanied by a spiciness of cinnamon and coriander. In the mouth reveals incredible width, in continuous contrast between the sweetness of the fruit and the bitter taste of the caramel, in a context of spices and dried flowers that go on to complete a long lasting cocoa extremely elegant.
