Description

Pacto Navio is a "Ron", created by Cuban Ashbel Morales, Maestro Ronero house Havana Club.
It follows a set of ten rum a traditional (that is to say, the molasses as are almost all of the rum in cuban).
The rums that make up Pacto Navio: molasses selected (rich, which still contains 55% of sugar). The fermentation is short (only 24 hours) with yeast cubans. The water used is derived from ground water, and the distillation is carried out continuously in a column with a small filtration.
The rums, which are assembled between the age of 7 (mainly), and 15 years. For the ageing of each of the rum in the mixture is used, a dynamic method of ageing which is different from the solera method, traditional Spanish.
