This Chardonnay grappa distilled according to the “Tosolini method” has been selected to mature in first passage cherry barriques. An accurate blend of different vintages that give surprising and bold notes of ripe cherries combined with the delicate lightness of exotic fruits. The choice of barrels and the seasoning period is reserved only for the members of the Tosolini family who with great respect follow the passage of time for this limited meditation production.
