RUM / RON Matusalem Insolito Wine Cask is the result of a very original process. Initially the Rum aged 15 years is filtered over charcoal to regain total transparency, as when it left the alembic, with the aromas of the aging process naturally preserved, then the rum is aged for another 3 years in red wine barrels Spanish Tempranillo (an early ripening red grape variety). This last phase allows it to acquire fruity notes, a beautiful rosé color and extreme roundness. Gradation 40%

RUM / RON with an intense amber color with golden reflections. Subtle intensity on the nose with alcoholic notes that soften the sweet tannins in which vanilla, citrus fruits, green apple, wood prevail. In the mouth notes of wood which considerably attenuate the vanilla that emerges from the nose. Round with sweet spices, citrus notes with a soft and persistent finish. Gradation 40%
