RUM / RON Leyenda Edición 5 Aniversario is a special edition of Leyenda, it was created to honor the legacy of Don Andrés Brugal Montaner, founder of the company. It is a blend of carefully selected premium rums. Its complex aging process takes place in two phases: first from 2 to 5 years in American oak barrels (ex Bourbon), then from 4 to 6 years in European red oak barrels (ex Sherry Oloroso). Gradation 38%

RUM / RON It is a dark copper-colored rum with aromas of vanilla and spices, with a slight hint of pineapple. On the palate the notes of vanilla and sugar cane are expressed for the first time in the taste, then develop nuances of spicy oak and slightly light tropical fruit. Gradation 40%

RUM / RON From the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince, in the heart of the capital of Haiti, comes the first Providence aged. The Cristalline sugar cane used for Providence rums comes from Michel Sajous, in Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye, 150 kilometers to the north. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts, allowing the development of an aromatic complexity. The liquid obtained after fermentation is distilled in a bain-marie in a discontinuous copper still, built by Müller in collaboration with Vittorio Capovilla. This Providence includes the first aged barrels, numbers 3 to 27, all ex-Caroni. Alcohol content 52%

Dry gin with a touch of juniper, anise and citrus fruits. Fresh aroma characterized by juniper berries, anise, flower and citrus fruits. Norwegian potato liqueurs, juniper berries, blueberries, rhubarb, seaweed, marjoram, 16 other spices, aromatic herbs.Alcohol 46%

Gin AU 79 is the result of a scrupulous processing of raw materials strictly selected by DiBALDO among the finest botanicals and essences intended for perfumery, with processes that DiBALDO intends to keep secret, to protect the important personality of this gin, AU 79 expresses an unmistakable Saffron perfume to wear on the palate. Gradation 45%

Hatozaki pure malt Whiskey is produced from the assembly of malts aged in three different barrels: ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and in barriques produced with the precious Mizunara wood (typical Japanese oak). Aging in Mizunara gives the distillate notes of sandalwood and incense. The nose is rich with notes of dried fruit, sweet cereals, honey, incense and sandalwood. Alcohol: 46%

For the production of Barrister "Old Tom Gin" finished Barrister gin was used which is lightly sweetened for a rounder and fuller flavour. This unique gin contains aromatic alcohols: juniper berries, fresh lemon peel, coriander, cumin, cardamom, as well as: black pepper, allspice, cubeb pepper, nutmeg and almonds. Gradation 40%

RUM / RON really very special. It's an anniversary rum to celebrate the drink's founding father, AH Riise. In honor of this great master, our masterblender has produced it from some of the oldest and most precious barrels our cellars have to offer. Gradation 42%
