RUM / RON tropical age, an assembly of rum aged 4,5,6 and 8 years in ex-cognac barrels. Fantastic tasting rum. The nose is intense with a vanilla and delicately smoked note, which evolves towards cinnamon and cocoa. As it opens, aromas of sugar cane, sweet spices and candied fruit emerge with the classic iodized note of Bologne rum. It is the result of a careful blending of rums aged over three years in French oak barrels and American ex-Bourbon barrels.
