The pomace is distilled according to the “Tosolini method” fresh from the harvest to preserve the aromas and fragrances that reveal a soft, balanced and extremely aromatic grapefruit. Only the best grapes are selected for this grappa by the Tosolini family only in the Friuli production area. From the aroma and fruity aromas, a pleasant grappa and a harmonious aftertaste are obtained.

Artisanal distillation: in traditional steam boilers. Maturation: 6 months in steel containers
Color: clear crystalline
Body: intense
Sensory profile: strong olfactory notes of fruits and flowers. Brilliant, soft and silky aftertaste on the palate.
Service tip: serve at room temperature in the classic tulip glass.
During the summer the best temperature is that in the cellar around 16/18 ° C.
