It is obtained from the pomace of different grapes, which give the grappa elegance and structure. Obtained from the distillation of 5 Trentino marcs such as Marzemino, Teroldego, Merlot, Moscato and Chardonnay, it is refined in small barrels of Cherry, Ash, Oak and Robinia which each offer their own characteristics of perfume, aroma, color and taste. This traditional Friulian grappa distilled according to the "Tosolini method" ages in Slavonian oak barriques in the cellars of the distillery for many months under the control and seal of the Customs and Monopoly Agency. Sloe Gin is a typical English liqueur with a lower alcohol content, it is infused with blackthorn berries that give fruity and acidic notes to the taste. Based on juniper, it is wrapped in the precious essence of red fruits: blackthorn, pomegranate, black cherry, plum and yellow grapefruit. It has an intense red with violet reflections, its peculiarity is made by a spicy finish with good persistence. Excellent drunk neat and in cocktails.
