GIN ETSU CL.70
Distilled in Hokkaido, the most northerly of the four main islands of the archipelago of the Rising Sun, it is produced according to a secret recipe that involves the use of numerous oriental botanical herbs such as berries, peppers, teas and fresh citrus fruits from the Japanese islands. But the real element characterizing this distillate is the presence of yuzu, citrus born in China, but then intensively cultivated in Japan, which with its intense aroma makes it a particularly floral gin.

Description
With its transparent color, Etsu Gin impresses with its floral and vegetal aroma, from which emerge delicate citrus notes, with a clear dominance of the yuzu. Fresh and well-balanced, it presents itself on the palate with hints of peppers, green tea and berries. The finish is instead dominated by the notes of "pepper" of Sichuan, a spicy spice with hints of citrus very used in Asian cuisine, to finish with hints of yuzu.
