A number of super-premium Uji teas have been specially selected to form the heart of KI NO TEA. Tencha and gyokuro provide intense aromas and depth of flavor with a wonderful sweetness that occurs naturally in the distillation of these superior teas. The recipe for the production of this new Dolce Vita "extension" involves the use, in addition to the classic "botanicals", of pink grapefruit peels enhanced by the aromas of mandarin and basil. The first gin of the legendary Japanese Suntory - Roku Gin, is made using a selection of botanical products, including six Japanese botanists who provide a tour of the four seasons. These include sakura leaf and sakura blossom for spring, sencha tea and gyokuro tea for summer, sansho pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for the winter. Among other things, traditional botanical gins include juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander and cinnamon. Gradation 43%
