In 1958, the Buosi company was founded as a small confectionery shop and began distributing milk and groceries to the inhabitants of a small town in the province of Varese. Towards the end of the 1980s, Denis Buosi presented Buosino, which would soon become an iconic product for the city of Varese. Today Andrea Buosi, heir to three generations of Italian pastry chefs, celebrates the historic family recipe by creating a completely Italian Dry Gin with a classical inspiration. The design of the Buosi Gin bottle is inspired by these years and its origins, taking up the look of the traditional vintage milk bottle. Each bottle is produced from recycled glass, featuring the very first logo used by the company for its opening in 1958. Respect and innovation give life to an Italian Dry Gin that maintains its versatility in mixing, bringing new dimensions to classic and modern cocktails, such as Negroni, Martini, Hanky Panky and Gin and Tonic.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: the nose immediately perceives a great presence of juniper and citrus notes.
Taste: Full and balanced, it is a gin that expertly balances the dry and soft components. Its high alcohol content makes the product fresh and more aromatic at the end of drinking, after juniper and citrus, you can slightly perceive notes of cocoa and coffee.
Finish: Slightly spicy thanks to the hints of wild pepper and a mineral effect given by the saline component of Trapani salt.
