A new special creation inspired by 17th century French fruity spirits. This new release seduces the palate with notes of yellow apricot and peach fruit and chamomile flowers and elderflower, with a deliciously soft, spicy and fruity finish. Alcohol content 43.4%

Distilled in two 100-liter copper stills dating back to the Second World War and 12 "botanical" stills, of which the main ones are: juniper, cumin, bay leaf, hops, caraway and coriander, it enriches and improves its perfumes and aromas over time , thanks to over two years of refinement of the recipe and the use of fresh aromatic herbs that are previously left to infuse for more than 15 days. Cumin, hops and bay leaves are distilled with the "low boiling" technique, in order to enhance the aromatic expression: an olfactory explosion that ranges from juniper to fresh mountain herbs. On the palate it is soft and persistent, the herbaceous aroma is balanced by subtle bitter hints. Gradation 47%

In the Big Gino range comes the floral alternative. The choice of the rose among all the flowers was dictated by the fact that its heady scent marries wonderfully with the notes of juniper. Gradation 40%

Isle of Harris gin is produced in the small village of Tarbert (Scotland), using Sugar Kelp algae, handpicked sustainably from local marine lakes, as a key botanical to express the island's unique maritime nature. Gradation 45%

KNUT HANSEN DRY GIN is a tribute to Hamburg and northern Germany, it takes its name from the legendary Norwegian sailor Knut, a boy who decided to travel the world starting from Hamburg. An authentic product with an extraordinary taste, with unmistakable characteristics that enhance the originality of the product, over 18 botanicals that the producers do not reveal in full (apples, basil and cucumbers) and which are grown on their own by the creators of the product Kaspar and Martin. River Mentana, Venetian dry gin, is a distilled gin that was born in Veneto, on the historical routes of the Serenissima Republic of Venice. The research starts from the recipe of a gin made exclusively from juniper that Domenico Maschio produced in the 1940s, a fabulous mix of wild junipers that grow around 400 meters above sea level, on the "Rive" of the left Piave, and the high altitude junipers of the “Gran Bosco da Reme di Venezia”, where we took care of the installation of a new juniper tree at 1,500 meters.
