GIN CAPE SAINT BLAIZE OCEANIC CL.70 WITH CASE
Cape Saint Blaize Oceanic is a woody and fruity gin with a dark color, obtained from different local botanicals such as citrus fruits, sea asparagus, rooibos, fig, plum and goji berries. On the nose it releases sweetish hints of fig and plum. The palate is soft and fruity, with notes of cherry, cassis, citrus and earthy spices. It ends in a dry and elegant finish. Excellent when tasted straight, try it also with an Indian tonic and orange peel.

Description
On 3 February 1488 the Portuguese explorer Bartolomeu Dias landed at Mossel Bay (formerly called Saint Blaize) after being caught in a storm around the Cape, forcing him to make landfall for supplies as he attempted to navigate a sea route from Europe to 'India. In 1864, the Cape Saint Blaize lighthouse was built, which inspired the design of the hand-polished terracotta bottle. This ensures that each bottle is unique in its own way, with small differences that make it a bespoke work of art.
