For the production of Barrister "Old Tom Gin" finished Barrister gin was used which is lightly sweetened for a rounder and fuller flavour. This unique gin contains aromatic alcohols: juniper berries, fresh lemon peel, coriander, cumin, cardamom, as well as: black pepper, allspice, cubeb pepper, nutmeg and almonds. Gradation 40%

Ukiyo Blossom Gin is made from a barley crop that is first distilled into a traditional Japanese shōchū distillate. This shōchū spirit is redistilled in a traditional still with juniper, mandarin and spices before infusing the delicate taste of sakura blossom and yuzu and the fragrant and citrusy taste. The result is a masterfully distilled traditional Japanese Gin. Gradation 40%

Cape Saint Blaize Classic is a dry, citrusy gin, made from several local botanicals such as lime, elderflower, rhubarb, pine, apple and wild rosemary. On the nose it releases hints of bark, rosemary and toasted spices. On the palate it is full-bodied, with citrus notes of lime and balsamic notes of juniper and pine. Finishes in a long, soft finish. Enjoy it neat over ice or with a high-quality tonic, lime zest or a sprig of rosemary.Alcohol content 43%

This gin is entirely hand-produced in our distillery, using an exclusive copper still and 100% organic alcohol of the highest quality, according to the London Dry technique. A limited edition that celebrates the undisputed protagonist of all gins: juniper. Only three varieties of juniper berries, hand-picked in our three valleys, are masterfully distilled to extract all the nuances that each berry can offer. Palma gin is distilled with fresh wildflowers and citrus fruits from the rural orchards of Mallorca, the result is a fresh, dry and citrusy gin with a delicate and smooth finish. The Mallorcan juniper berries capture all the essence of the Mediterranean Sea and the almond blossoms, foraged once a year before spring, combined with orange leaves and lavender, give a sweet and delicate floral scent.
