It's a classic flavor profile presented in a very contemporary way. Expect a classic gin on the nose with floral, citrus and aniseed aromas, while on the palate the floral flavors are balanced by light breading and pine juniper - with subtle cloves, nutmeg and aniseed followed by a round finish, it's smooth. This gin is an explosion of aromas of juniper, wild flowers and green grass. On the palate it is spicy (coriander) and balsamic (juniper and helichrysum), with a savory finish and hints of angelica with an almost very long aftertaste due to the aging in amphora. Gradation 57%

BaròGin is the result of a careful and accurate research work on the birth of Italian Gin, bringing to light 15th century wine-based gin recipe books, hence the desire to re-emerge ancient flavors. A recipe that lasted fourteen months, following the oldest art of distillation and the most traditional production methods. Thanks to the complex structure of the Barolo wine in which the individual botanicals juniper, cardamom, coriander, angelica are macerated ... consequently distilled, it releases to the distillate pleasant spicy and fruity scents found in the wine.
