The distillery was born as a producer of non-alcoholic gins, Brunswick Aces Spades Gin was the first gin produced in the perfectly balanced alcoholic version. The gin is tangy and fresh on the palate, with notes of green cardamom and fresh herbs, it is perfectly balanced by sweet citrus and native Australian lemon myrtle, with Tasmanian pepper completing the blend. Gin De Medici was born on the slopes of Monte Grappa in the heart of the Veneto region, from the reinterpretation of some old recipes of the master distiller and botanist Benedetto De Medici who at the end of the 60s in his wanderings around the world experimented with the use of plants and aromatic herbs making the distillates of those times more pleasant. Crystal Ball Gin is distilled in England, with notes of cherry and hibiscus with a delicately sweet and floral taste. Subtle hints of elderberry add a tart balance that matches this gin's unique and luxurious purple shimmering hue. Enclosed in a luminous bottle shaped like a crystal ball, rotating the bottle creates a sparkling and magical kaleidoscope, by pressing a button, a light hidden inside the base of the bottle illuminates the spirit to create a sparkling glow. J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. Yuzu is a citrus fruit grown and loved in Japan. Visually similar to a lemon but with a powerful fragrance, unique herbaceous notes, a slight bitterness and a less sharp sour taste. Gin Yuzu is born from a base of locally grown barley which is distilled in a traditional shōchū spirit. Shōchū is then redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus fruits and botanicals, respecting the 1500-year tradition of yuzu cultivation and harvesting in Japan. The flavor of yuzu is sour and fragrant, reminiscent of lemon and grapefruit, with hints of mandarin. Gradation 40%

Distilled in two 100-liter copper stills dating back to the Second World War and 12 "botanical" stills, of which the main ones are: juniper, cumin, bay leaf, hops, caraway and coriander, it enriches and improves its perfumes and aromas over time , thanks to over two years of refinement of the recipe and the use of fresh aromatic herbs that are previously left to infuse for more than 15 days. Cumin, hops and bay leaves are distilled with the "low boiling" technique, in order to enhance the aromatic expression: an olfactory explosion that ranges from juniper to fresh mountain herbs. On the palate it is soft and persistent, the herbaceous aroma is balanced by subtle bitter hints. Gradation 47%
