The distillery began as a producer of non-alcoholic gins, Brunswick Aces Spades Gin was the second gin produced in the alcoholic version with a more contemporary flavor profile. The gin is warm and rich on the palate. Spicy notes of cassia bark, star anise and ginger, it is perfectly balanced by tangy citrus, juniper and native Australian wattle seeds. The revolutionary new bottle lets you pour the perfect drink every time. The lids help you accurately measure all your ingredients in 15ml, 30ml, 45ml and 60ml volumes. Gradation 40%

Dr Squid Gin was created with squid ink, an ingredient so powerful that only a minimal amount is needed for both distillation and color. Vanilla was added to the base of the recipe to give a well rounded feel and perceived sweetness, combined with sea buckthorn for a tart, fresh fruit finish. The package comes in a copper flask with engravings of the local flora and fauna. Gradation 40%

J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. Six Dogs Honey Lime gin is the inevitable result of a sustainability project that began when South African bee conservation company, Bee Smiths, approached Six Dogs Distillery to relocate rescued bees to the farm where the distillery is located . The farm, at the crossroads of the Fynbos and Karoo biomes, proved to be the ideal place for bees. Experimentation with the honey produced by these bees has resulted in an irresistible gin that combines the tanginess of farm-grown limes with the subtle contrasting sweetness of honey. AQVALVCE is an Italian artisanal gin distilled in World War II stills inspired by those of Antonio Levarin.
