Gin characterized by the bittering notes of juniper, enriched with natural botanicals, as from the ancient Ballor house, Emile's gin conquers for the fresh and lively taste conferred by the citrus notes of pink grapefruit, sweet Sicilian orange, Calabrian bergamot and balsamic notes of Piedmont mint and cardamom, combined with those of the Mediterranean aromatic herbs of thyme and basil. J.Rose has a transparent, limpid color, the nose is warm and pungent. The delicate citrus scents of bergamot and mandarin peels refresh the breath and give it a soft and silky balance. The aroma of prickly pear flowers bounces from the nose to the palate and releases a fruity aftertaste. The woody essence is given by the oak bark, characterized by toasted notes that evoke those of hazelnut and walnut. The handcrafted labels that cover each bottle are inspired by the Masters who made the history of art, through the use of a mixture obtained from Carrara marble and Roman Travertine, raw materials with which famous statues and monuments were made. One Key is a gin that recalls the style of the classic London Dry Gin but with a particular eye on the selection of the ingredients that in addition to the juniper berries from italy, Slovene and Serbian also includes the skins of lemon and orange in sicily. Alcohol content 40%

Gargano Dry Gin is a naturally produced Apulian artisan London dry gin, thanks to the use of botanicals that are mostly hand-picked in the Vico del Gargano area and in the citrus oasis of Rodi Garganico. Conceived by bartender Riccardo Santovito with the collaboration of Distillerie Subalpine and aromatiere Alfredo la Cava, it provides that the 9 botanicals juniper, oregano, mandarin, ireos, zedoaria, marjoram, coriander, laurel and rosemary are first distilled individually, and finally once once the recipe has been assembled with the right doses of each one, we move on to a second distillation. The result will be a fresh and fragrant gin with a balsamic and citrus aftertaste, where all the botanicals combine to give it a strong and decisive character. Gradation 41%

Dolce Vita “Capri fusion” Mediterranean Dry Gin, is distilled in column alembic with double basket. One basket contains the various botanicals and the other the various fresh citrus fruits. We wanted to blend the typical aromas of aromatic plants (such as basil, rosemary, sage, thyme) with the fresh fragrance of citrus fruits (such as sweet orange, mandarin, bergamot, migawe, lime) of southern Italy. We thus obtained a unique and unmistakable gin thanks also to the refinement, for a period of not less than 6 months, in ceramic barrels. Gradation 45%
