Description

Distilled in Spain by the Giro family, Gin Mare was born from the passion of Marc and Manuel, third generation, and from their collaboration with Global Premium Brands.

Gin Mare is produced through a discontinuous distillation process with a 250 liter Florentine still, created specifically for this process.

For the maceration, each of the eight botanical components is added individually to 200 liters of neutral spirit of cereals and water for 24-48 hours and to the citrus fruits macerated for a year, to then undergo the distillation process.

The distillates obtained are mixed by the Master Distiller to create the typical tasting notes of this gin.

Appearance: Transparent, crystalline.

Aroma: Spicy nose with herbaceous notes reminiscent of a humid pine forest and the tomato plant. Subtle scent of rosemary, black olives and citrus fruits.

Taste: Boldly flavourful, the taste of this gin explodes in juniper and fresh coriander, and then turns bitter with spicy and herbaceous notes typical of rosemary and basil, which balance well with the fresh citrus notes. Final with notes of green olives, cardamom and basil.
