Psenner distills his own gin in a traditional plant with small stills: the spices (nutmeg, lavender, aniseed, gentian roots, lemon and orange peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves, etc.) are placed in a the basket and the alcoholic vapors, rising, extract the aromas, while the macerate of juniper, coriander seeds, cranberries and rowan is placed in the boiler. To distill all these plants, pure wheat alcohol is used. The heart note of this Distilled Dry Gin is only lightly filtered and gives it an alcohol content of 43%. In this way, the ethereal charge and the full taste of this distillate are kept intact, especially excellent with tonic, classic or more aromatic water. Gradation 43%

The Windspiel Premium Dry Gin Van Volxem finesse proves you can let your creativity run wild when it comes to the ingredients for gin. Of course, as always, selected spices, herbs and fruit are processed. This time, the other botanicals are joined by a Riesling distillate from one of the great vineyards of the Van Volxem winery on the Saar, the Goldberg, a selection of the highest quality. River Mentana, Venetian dry gin, is a distilled gin that was born in Veneto, on the historical routes of the Serenissima Republic of Venice. The research starts from the recipe of a gin made exclusively from juniper that Domenico Maschio produced in the 1940s, a fabulous mix of wild junipers that grow around 400 meters above sea level, on the "Rive" of the left Piave, and the high altitude junipers of the “Gran Bosco da Reme di Venezia”, where we took care of the installation of a new juniper tree at 1,500 meters. Sloe Gin is a typical English liqueur with a lower alcohol content, it is infused with blackthorn berries which give the taste fruity and acidic notes. It has an intense red color with violet reflections, its particularity is given by a spicy finish with good persistence. Excellent drunk neat and in cocktails. German Gin with high quality pepper, reveals notes of juniper in its aroma and smooth taste. In addition to a floral background, there is the unmistakable spice of Kampot pepper, which brings something slightly spicy. Windspiel's German gin remains mild as usual. Etsu Yuzu Gin is macerated for seven days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha. After maceration, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to infuse. Only after the distillation process is fresh water from the mountain spring added, which gives this gin its fresh flavor with citrus notes, using natural ingredients, which give this gin a unique and light finish.
