It is a Mediterranean Gin obtained through the distillation of spices, roots, citrus fruits and flowers picked exclusively in Italy. Distilled by the Targa Ilva family, "DOLCE VITA" was born from the union of passion for the art of distillation and devotion to one's own country: Italy. Compatibly with its origins, the "DOLCE VITA" Gin boasts botanicals collected exclusively in Italy. To mention a few: juniper coming directly from Tuscany (Vallombrosa area), sweet orange, bitter orange, lemon, mandarin and pink grapefruit peel from Sicily, bergamot and cedar from Calabria and lemon and orange blossom from Campania . Dolce Vita “Capri fusion” Mediterranean Dry Gin, is distilled in column alembic with double basket. One basket contains the various botanicals and the other the various fresh citrus fruits. We wanted to blend the typical aromas of aromatic plants (such as basil, rosemary, sage, thyme) with the fresh fragrance of citrus fruits (such as sweet orange, mandarin, bergamot, migawe, lime) of southern Italy. We thus obtained a unique and unmistakable gin thanks also to the refinement, for a period of not less than 6 months, in ceramic barrels. Gradation 45%

Palma gin is distilled with fresh wildflowers and citrus fruits from the rural orchards of Mallorca, the result is a fresh, dry and citrusy gin with a delicate and smooth finish. The Mallorcan juniper berries capture all the essence of the Mediterranean Sea and the almond blossoms, foraged once a year before spring, combined with orange leaves and lavender, give a sweet and delicate floral scent. Gradation 46.6%

Dr Squid Gin was created with squid ink, an ingredient so powerful that only a minimal amount is needed for both distillation and color. Vanilla was added to the base of the recipe to give a well rounded feel and perceived sweetness, combined with sea buckthorn for a tart, fresh fruit finish. The package comes in a copper flask with engravings of the local flora and fauna. Gradation 40%

Typical product of Salento in which the Juniper berries "Coccolone" and botanicals have also been used that make this Premium product "pinched". Gradation 41.5%

Tropical fruit and spicy citrus with notes of freshly cut pineapple, lemon and earthiness. Juniper and a little pepper lead to a crescendo of tropical pineapple and soft citrus. Rich citrus finish continues along with tropical fruit and a hint of spice. Gradation 43%

Gin De Medici was born on the slopes of Monte Grappa in the heart of the Veneto region, from the reinterpretation of some old recipes of the master distiller and botanist Benedetto De Medici who at the end of the 60s in his wanderings around the world experimented with the use of plants and aromatic herbs making the distillates of those times more pleasant.
