From the producers of Don Papa Rum Gin Santa Ana represents a tribute to the inimitable days of the Manila dance floors in the 1920s, 1930s and its flagship in this sense was the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret. Immersed in the splendor of the Filipino Art Deco movement, it was considered a hot spot for the Manileños of the time. This gin starts from the classic bases: Juniper, Coriander, Lemon, Bitter Orange, Angelica Root and Iris Root and the fragrant qualities of Ylang-Ylang, Alpinia and Fennel are added alongside the sweet notes of citrus fruits, in particular of Calamansi and Dalandan. It is a summer limited edition of the famous Amuerte gin, obtained from the use of a special botany: curuba fruit (a cross between banana and passion fruit). From the fermentation of this particular fruit, a pure distillate is extracted that perfectly matches the classic botanical characteristics of Amuerte gins. The result is a sweet, summery and tropical gin, with notes of banana and passion fruit accompanied by vegetal and balsamic tones, all contained inside hand-drawn bottles and finished with a real 24 carat gold foil.
