This Old Tom Gin is inspired by a journey that unites two places located at opposite poles of the world and historically united with each other; let's talk about Thailand and Cuba. What links these places? The most particular ingredients at the base of this gin are born on the same terrestrial parallel, in 20°, this characteristic gives the name to this gin. The journey starts from the hills of northern Thailand which give us the beautiful blue flower "Butterfly Pea" which is harvested by hand, dried and inserted into an infusion inside the gin. The result is a gin with an intense blue color. And what else unites Thailand and Cuba? The journey continues with sugar cane, a plant of Asian origin which reached the remote Cuban coasts during the period of the Spanish conquistadors.
