Seven Hills Italian Dry Gin was born with the strong intention of promoting Made in Italy through a simply Italian drink. Simple botanicals that represent all the character of our peninsula, from what was the Roman Empire, a symbol of a gastronomic and social influence that leads to the formation of our current habits in good food.

Botanicals: Seven Hills Italian Dry Gin is an aromatic and fruity spirit, slightly citrusy on the nose. On the palate, sweet notes of pomegranate and hints of Roman chamomile are perfectly balanced by the freshness of celery.

Spirito Italiano: VII Hills pays homage to Italy in all its essence using materials and spices from the territory of the "Bel Paese", offering an authentic Italian flavor and experience.

Italian Gin: The master blenders forge the authentic "Italian Spirit", giving each bottle the unique Seven Hills Italian Dry Gin flavor. It is distilled in "vacuum pot stills" at low temperature maintaining the sweet and distinct notes of its herbs and spices, each of which was used by the Romans for medical and culinary remedies.
