Distilled by hand at a family-run Piedmontese distillery

Carlo Vergnano manages the Torino Distillati based in Moncalieri together with his wife Piera, his daughter Rita and the help of trusted collaborators. The Master Distiller, Denis Muni, has more than 20 years of experience in creating famous and successful spirits.

Mintis Gin is distilled in a bespoke vacuum still for 8 hours at 60 degrees. This unique approach uses much lower temperatures than traditional methods, preserving the fresh, aromatic flavor of the gin with less environmental impact.

Each bottle is signed by our master distiller, as a guarantee of its artisan quality.
