Located in the heart of the capital of Mallorca, Mallorca Distillery, founded by Amber and Byron, is Palma's first small-scale artisan distillery. With a 500-liter copper pot, this urban distillery carefully produces high-quality local artisanal liqueurs. Small-scale production offers the head distiller, James Gibbons, the opportunity to personally supervise each production in order to ensure the quality of the product.
The iconic bottle brand is inspired by tradition, more precisely by the tiles known as "suelo hidraulico", produced by a local company for over 80 years. The round logo is inspired by the west-facing rose window of the Gothic Cathedral La Seu, the symbol of the city. What characterizes the Mallorca Distillery is the great attention to the environment and organic production, to this end it is committed to supporting local farmers by becoming the driving force for their production expansion.

ORGANIC BOTANICS: coriander, iris root, cassia bark, cardamom pods, angelica root, licorice root, lime zest and rhubarb root.
LOCALLY FORGED BOTANICS: Juniper, Fresh Lemon Zest, Fresh Orange Zest, Almond Blossoms, Orange Leaves, Tomato and Lavender Branches.
TASTING NOTES
A contemporary floral and sweet gin complex based on citrus.
Nose: Full of fresh pine, sticky orange and floral notes similar to lavender.
Palate: Luminous and central citrus front layers from woody to sweet, accompanied by honeyed floral touches.
Finish: Prolonged, earthy with a delicate and refreshing spicy undertone.
