Dry Citrus Gin, distilled with botanicals and extra virgin olive oil. The production of Gin follows three stages of distillation: organic wheat, Mediterranean botanicals such as juniper, coriander, licorice roots, olive leaves and citrus fruits from Gargano (lemon and orange). finally extra virgin olive oil. Deeply citrusy, it lends itself well to create an excellent fresh gin and tonic with a neutral tonic or even for a smooth tasting. Gradation 43%

The juice obtained from the infusion is evaluated and tested very meticulously, eliminating impurities and perfecting the intensity of its aroma and the exclusivity of its flavour.Alcohol content 40%

Limpid and crystalline, with an intense scent of juniper, which alternates with other aromatic nuances of bark and bramble. Wide and enveloping on the palate, the sorso highlights an important alcoholic component and is set on a balsamic flavor, of musk and resin nuances.Gradation 47%

Gin inspired by South African cherry trees, it is infused with delicious black cherries for a deep and succulent flavour. From the initial scent of cherries followed by a hint of almonds, the palate is rich and balanced with a long and intense finish. Gradation 41.3%

A pumpkin spiced gin with rich, smooth flavours, with juniper to the fore followed by allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg beautifully finished with the subtle structure of the pumpkin. Gradation 40%

This Chardonnay grappa distilled according to the “Tosolini method” has been selected to mature in first passage cherry barriques. An accurate blend of different vintages that give surprising and bold notes of ripe cherries combined with the delicate lightness of exotic fruits. The choice of barrels and the seasoning period is reserved only for the members of the Tosolini family who with great respect follow the passage of time for this limited meditation production. A blend of malt and grain whiskeys from Yamazaki, Hakashu and Chita distilleries matured in sakura (Japanese cherry blossom) casks. Limited series of 2022. Gradation 43%
