Naturally black based on the colors and flavors of botanical extracts including Aronia Berry, Saffron, Pineapple and Sweet Potato. An interesting feature is the water that is used during the production process. In fact it is meteoric and held for 80 years in the huge mountain range that runs along the west coast of the South Island and naturally filtered through underground rocks. The result is a fresh gin, characterized by the perfect union of the classic notes of juniper and citrus, with floral and spicy scents. Gradation 41.6%

It is distilled by hand in small batches, it is obtained from pure wheat and an infusion of 12 botanicals from various parts of the world: lemon peel, orange peel, coriander seeds, cardamom pods, nutmeg, juniper berries, nails carnation, angelica root, licorice root, orris root, cinnamon sticks and cassia bark.
