Description

The Rare Cut Gin is bottled at 50% ABV and is a tribute to its 50 years, the higher alcohol content pushes beyond the intensity of botanical products, for a truly exciting service.

Christopher believes that the perfect gin is the careful and coherent balance of juniper, coriander, orange zest and lemon, this mix of botanical products is vital to create the traditional style of London Dry Gin Hayman.

He is also convinced that this Gin classic is still the best example of London Dry Gin.

From the scent of juniper and fresh citrus, with peppery notes in the background, to the exalting palate, with intense notes of juniper and citrus fruits, followed by spices.
