Six Dogs Pinotage is distilled in small batches through generous amounts of juniper and fresh citrus. It is then placed in tanks alongside hand-picked whole pinotage grapes over a period of several weeks to allow the gin to extract the deep red essence of this South African cultivar. Six Dogs Karoo gin was the first in the range and the realization of a vision to create a gin that would stand out among the best in the world. A modern classic gin with a large heart of juniper, Six Dogs Karoo is a delicate and balanced gin of twelve selected botanicals. Its signature botanicals are grown on the farm, which intersects three different bioregions, including the succulent Karoo. It is from here that the prickly Karoo flower and wild lavender are harvested that make this gin unique. Subtle citrus notes are introduced through the inclusion of limes, tangerines and home-grown lemon buchu. Gradation 43%

Six Dogs Honey Lime gin is the inevitable result of a sustainability project that began when South African bee conservation company, Bee Smiths, approached Six Dogs Distillery to relocate rescued bees to the farm where the distillery is located . The farm, at the crossroads of the Fynbos and Karoo biomes, proved to be the ideal place for bees. Experimentation with the honey produced by these bees has resulted in an irresistible gin that combines the tanginess of farm-grown limes with the subtle contrasting sweetness of honey. Gradation 43%
