Palma gin is distilled with fresh wildflowers and citrus fruits from the rural orchards of Mallorca, the result is a fresh, dry and citrusy gin with a delicate and smooth finish. The Mallorcan juniper berries capture all the essence of the Mediterranean Sea and the almond blossoms, foraged once a year before spring, combined with orange leaves and lavender, give a sweet and delicate floral scent.
