Octomore 13.3 is distilled from Islay grown, single farm barley and demonstrates phenomenal strength of flavor when combining super heavy peat with variable yields harvested from the Isle of Islay. This version is matured in first-fill American whiskey casks and an additional selection of second-fill European oak casks, sourced from the Rivesaltes region of France and the Ribera del Duero region of Spain. Octomore 12.2 follows in the footsteps of previous Sauternes legends, confirming that the heavy peat smoke combined with the sweet dessert wine of the French region is an incredible match, this Octomore 12.2 spent three and a half years in former American oak barrels, building a solid base of fruity and floral spirit before being transformed back into impeccable quality Sauternes casks. The fundamental role of Sauternes barrels adds 18 months of supercharged fruit. Melon, white peach, honeysuckle and coconut add a real twist and sweetness to complement the peat smoke of this heavily phenolic malt. Gradation 57.3%

Patiently distilled from the 2015 harvest of 100% mainland Scots barley, this single malt is malted at a stratospheric 137.3 PPM and matured in American oak casks in varying percentages of ex-Bourbon or ex-Tennessee whiskey casks. of the highest quality. Gradation 59.2%

Octomore 13.2 offers an alternative maturation. The five-year-old spirit has spent its entire life maturing in the Oloroso barrels of Fernando de Castilla, Spain. This 13.2 edition is distilled from 100% mainland Scottish barley and has been malted at the same 137.3PPM. However, the entire maturation in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain offers a unique opportunity, with the sherry influence beautifully complementing the single malt's smoke and liveliness. Gradation 58.3%
