RUM / RON Using only pure Jamaican molasses, the rum is obtained by continuous distillation and alembic and aged in white oak barrels. The rum is then carefully blended creating a savory color, aroma and taste. From the notes of coriander molasses, hints of coffee, celery, allspice, hazelnut and toffee with a thin layer of ripe pineapple, on the palate hints of butter followed by sweet cane sugar, caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, dark chocolate with elements of raisins and fig. The finish has a dark chocolate character with brown sugar and smoky oak notes.
